Hi everyone I'm new hear and was hopin if sum1 could help me out.

about four weeks ago i started getting this pain all round my abdomin it moved round neway i went the doctors an she ruled out apendix n tha an sed its muscle pain - neways i went back agen next week because it was still there but i also felt a bit funny with it agen doctor checked for apendix - nothing ...
he put me on tablets for colic which neva worked so i went bak an they sed it might be a water infection - neways i have now finnished my antibiotics she give me and im now feeling weired agen - the best way to discribe it is that i feel excited and shaky and i have also been going the toylet alot and alot of the time it is clear - and i also have a tenderness in my testicals which the doctor sed could be linked wid da water infection theres no lump or redness ect just this tenderness.

does neone have ne idea wot it can b coz im really startin to get worried now lol its been about 4 weeks

Sorry you are having so much trouble....I'm not a Doctor but it Sounds like a water infection to me......Have you had a diabetes test?
or maybe you just need stronger Antibiotics....could you not see another Doctor
I know it's easy said but try not to worry to much Stress has a lot to answer for and can make things much worse

Hi Scott

Go back to your GP - I know of a fairly common condition that affects young men between about 15 and 25 called Torsion of the Testes> look at this link for info http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc.asp?doc=23069150.

Although a full torsion is an emergency you can get partial torsions that can cause the symptoms that you describe. You do not always get residual pain in the testes so a GP might miss it. Print out the info and take it with you - you're description of the effects is spot on
