FOr my kids first birthdays we plant trees at my mom's house.  We planted Alec's last summer an dwe just planted Kyle's a week ago.  They are cherry trees.

What Beautiful Pictures.... We did that when our granchildren were born
Emily is an Apple tree 4 years old now and just starting to fruit this years
Lucy is a Pear tree 2 years old growing but no signs of fruit yet Smiley

we did two kinds of Apple tree.  Alec's will have fruit someday.  Kyles will not, but both will have beautiful pink blossoms...I have pic of alec's blooming


it snowed very late in the spring.   Undecided the weather has been so wierd of the last few years.

I haev a dwarf weeping cherry tree that is about 12 years old, it puts on a great show in the spring Thumbs up albeit only for 2 weeks or so
