 Hi there
    Sounds like Gout to me Rosie,
 You must cut out all high proien foods and drink loads of fluids (WATER  Angry )
 DO NOT DINK CITRUS JUICE this is a BIG trigger for gout
 High protien foods >>> Liver> Kidney > Red meats >most sea foods
 Alcohol lowers the bodys fluids and so consentrates the the crystals
