 Hi there Guys,

Just thought I would post here as a little reminder to headache sufferers to have there eyesight checked regularly.

Hubby has been having constant headaches lately, and I notice he was squinting all the time. He hadnt had an eye test in over 20 years. When he went the other day, it turns out that he is slightly short sighted and also during the many other checks the opthalmist does these days, it was picked up that his retinas are not adjusting back quickly after bright lights. ie whilst driving head lights and sun glare are dazzling him. The optician has made him up some specs with a very light tint to wear whilst driving and has said that this should stop his headaches, I'll let you know if they do !

Yes please do keep us updated.

I have been experiencing some discomoft behind one eye and I have been suspescting that I need reading glasses now for quite some time.  I have also noticed that I can barely read the back of soup cans.

Yes, eyestrain can certainly cause headaches.  Please do let us know how it goes, CP.

I have also noticed that I can barely read the back of soup cans.

This is because manufacturers are using smaller and smaller print!  Wink

I sure will keep you posted, they better work !  Wink He has expensive taste and picked out some designer Adidas ones  Shocked An arm & a leg later ..........   Roll Eyes Gotta say tho, they were the only ones that really suited, its odd to see someone in glasses when they dont usually wear them.

Gobe, get yourself off to the opticians please, get em checked !  Hugs

Thats how i found out that i needed glasses i went to the docs and he sent me to the opticians and they said i needed them coz i has asigmatism.  The fact that i couldn't see a thing should have given it away really though Doooh! Cheesy
