I would love to hear your answers.... Smiley Its really late hear,and I need to Snooze. But as negative and sad as I may sound on the rant and rave board, there are still things I have found to cheer me up,relax me.So I will add my answer as soon as today is over,and its the weekend-nothing can be done than as far as responsibilities I have!:yay:Yay !

I lift weights, go for a run, or take it out on the person directly to the left of me.

The third one doesn't go over well at the movies or in church.

Ok now some of  my replies are going to sound insane to you all  Embarrassed , but here they are:
I breed guppies-have 3 tanks,and really enjoy watching them grow,get colors,etc.
3 cats-and at times they do such insane things-they defintley cheer me up.
Some old movies,a few newer ones-a beautiful escape.Very few,but some regular programs.
Most relaxing-is when I am able to swim laps,and suntan.Every year its a new float,I love water.
I LOVE SCRABBLE TOO,AND LIKE TO PLAY FOR MONEY.
Dating when theres time in my life,can really be amusing ,I don't tend to get angry,dissapointed,but let me tell you,I have had first dates with some really dumb men,and laughed so hard it was difficult to drive home.ROFL

Pottering in the garden, long walks, reading a book, watching some cheery TV, cuddling Cybe, chocolate,shopping online and chatting on phone,cleaning the flat.  

Ooops!  I forgot to say SC!

All these things lift my spirits.

i tend to drop kick teddy bears up the stairs to get rid of stress...well i used to....my stress levels have dropped a lot since moving in with peter!  Kiss Grin Smiley Wink

Im cool most of the time.  When I do get depressed I look to my life, really, and wonder what the heck Ive got to be worried about.  I have a job that pays as much as i need, no financial/family commitments and wonderful parents that are my best friends as well Smiley

I miss the music..a friend of mine from here mailed me a beatles CD,I love the music,right now it just brings back some painful times  Sad ,but soon I will be able to enjoy it again.
