well hello there nick, Peck my problem i have just found out is caused by a lesion in my maxilllary bone (a cyst) so when i lay down for more than 2 hours  the painful pulsating begins, im waiting for  my appt with the ent for july 12.  i thought it was what you have also nick.  i know im gonna need an operation  on my snoz, not looking forward to that at all. god bless poo.....
