Strange isn't it how when you live abroad and speak a foreign language, how you can get rusty on your own language, my son in Germany has the same problem.

  glad some of you guys understood my poor english. It's amazing how much i've forgotten of my own language within a year. I always feel embarassed when people ask me how to say things in english, and I can never respond--or the best is at work when talking to english speaking pilots who always compliment me on my english accent (hhmm...I'm canadian...I hope I have no accents...but I think they mean i don't speak english like other italian people with a heavy accent).

5 days now!! I can't wait to get spoiled by my mom and my dog

  SM, i'll definitely say hi to Vancouver for you (I never knew you lived here!!), but can't make any promises to eat the A & W burger...I don't eat meat!! But I'll think of you as I go by A & W the next time then...okay?!
