Hi there Nick,

For some reason tonight I can't get into the 'How to use chatroom'  I see that Liz has been able to get in but I can't. Have been trying several times since 10.30pm

Hi Paul,

I've checked all the log details, the problem seems to be with your authorisations in Internet Explorer.

Running Scandisk will tell you if there are any errors on the disk, failing that, try running "repair Internet Explorer" in your maintenance program Smiley
