pustular psoriasis + bucket of ice water
« on: Wednesday July 11, 2012, 03:35:57 PM »
i experienced the white bubbles of pus on my hand and my skin started looking very old. and red. it was burning like mad. i went to my doc, he gave me some creams. nothin. after becoming a drunk to deal with the pain i submerged my hands in ice water for an hour. the burning from the ice almost felt relieving. and almost immediatley my hands didnt hurt as bad, i noticed as soon as the numbnesss went away they didnt feel like they were on fire so much. every night i did this as long as i could at least an hour usually two, and it was gone in no time. hope it doesnt come back!

Ice water works for me, too, actually. I'm so glad you found something that helped! Thanks for sharing!
