Good advice required from your experience...

I have read quite a bit of info over the last few days and particularly about treatments. Can some of you more experienced HS sufferers who have surgery or other treatment give any advice or share some experience good or bad with it in mind that I am to go and see my surgeon for the first time next week 12th nov.

It appears from reading that there are many differing professional views on the success of each treatment and maybe some personal experience may help me with my appointment and the way forward for me, it is always good to be armed with relevant information.
