Just got back from a break in Ireland where I re-awakened a taste for Guinness - I don't drink the stuff over here but over there it tastes somewhat different - certainly a lot better! (altho I'm sure that's purely psychological...)

So can I have a Guinness Dublin-style please Val? Crossed Fingers

I've been a fan of Guinness ever since a waiter at an Irish pub here in Toronto told me that I should have one 'cause it would be really good for the baby... (I was 8 months pregnant at the time!)

When I worked in a UK hospital, patients "on the mend" were given Guinness every day "to build them up" -- my how they strutted out at discharge! Grin
