How Do You Identify Your Triggers?
« on: Wednesday October 14, 2009, 03:10:54 PM »
Hi I am brand new to forum...and to eczema, yay!

I am 43, never had this before--dyshidrotic on my palms, fingers, and feet. I got it about a month ago, went to the derm. and have been using Vanos seems to help. After a day or two it dries up the blisters. We'll see might come back.

How do you know what your triggers are? I guess you just have to wait and see if it goes away and you have another attack.

the ONLY thing I can think that may have set this off is that because of the Swine flu scare, I started washing my hands a lot more than I ever did. I also used those anti-bacterial wipes/lotions for the very first time. But that was like 4 months ago...I wonder if it could have taken this long to manifest? That's the only thing different in my life that I can think of.

Great forum!
