I have suffered from atopic eczema and allergies on and off since I was a child. I have been doing Bikram yoga for a few weeks and have never felt better... it is basically yoga in 40 degrees heat which apparently enables you to sweat out toxins...

Would be good to hear if anyone else has had any positive experiences.. its still early stages for me but my skin feels good. Smiley

Hi there, I did Bikram Yoga 4 times in September last year before discovering I was pregnant and stopped.  I didn't really go enough times to see if it was good for my skin, but I really enjoyed it.

Hope you will like it as you go and it does your skin good.

I find Bikram helps with everything, including skin health!  It really revs up the circulation, which could be one reason it helps with skin issues of all types.

this is great to hear. My boss just recommended Bikram's Yoga to me for my severe eczema. But I haven't started yet because the classes are kinda pricey for my situation (and 40 minutes from my house). And I'm kinda nervous about the "90-minutes" thing. Did you find a full 90 minutes difficult? I'm kinda out of shape from just going through menopause.  Angry  Thanks for any further info!
