Hey fellow Grover's members.

Has anyone heard of an Grovatab, an over the counter medication totally natural, ordered from their website?  Two tablets twice a day for two months and they claim it is virtually cured.  Around $70.00 for one month supply.  Sound like a scam to you???

Just wondering.  I'm reaching for straws now!!!!

Stay as well as you can,

Hi Jeff!!

Firstly, with my normal members hat on, as with everyone else, I hope you find something out there that helps. I've been caught in the loop of desparation with my foot, and it really got me down. Luckily, one doc worked out the problem and fixed it, so things are in remission now Smiley

but... putting the mod hat on...

I'm not an expert on Grovers, so to say this is "definitely" the case would be incorrect, but unless someone somewhere knows exactly what causes the condition, and knows exactly how to eliminate it, there's no such thing as a cure, miracle or not.

There may be some substance that will ease the symptoms and so on in most cases for some length of time, maybe a week, maybe a year, but it's by no means a cure. It might sound a bit harsh saying that, but unfortunately, it's reality for a lot of people on here.

You only have to look on Google and so forth to find someone offering a "miracle cure" for some condition, and they'll offer testimonials and everything, but really all they're after is your money.

All that said, I'm not telling you to ignore things. Remember medicine, like every other market is very competitive. If there really is a cure, or something that works really well to relieve symptoms, you can bet your last dollar that some other drug company will swoop on it, analyse it, make their own version and then market it too.

Uncle Matt:

Thanks for your message.  I'm glad your foot problem is in remission. Cheesy

You are right, I did find three ads for natural remedies for Grover's via Google.  And, after thinking about it, I think my dermatologist, who has a family member with Grover's, would have eluded to this if it worked.  I think they are feeding off people with incurable diseases trying to give them hope.

Anyway, I really appreciate the time you took to reply.

All my best to you, and good health,

Jeff
