Hello All. Hi there

Hope that I have put this under the right section! Roll Eyes

I just wanted to share with you a book that I personally have found very helpful recently.

I have had rosacea since 2003, my triggers are mainly emotional (so no problem there then, if I don't get happy,
sad, excited etc it's not too bad!).

I have regular IPL treatments & am very careful about skincare/sun exposure, but was becoming increasingly frustrated
about how rosacea was ruling my life!

However, I stumbled across an amazing book the other day "Joy-Full" by Georgie Holbrook.

Although her particular demon was rosacea (so bad that she was losing her eyesight (ocular rosacea) and her face was
deforming)............her journey applies to how we feel about our bodies and our own ability to heal.

You can hear parts of it on her website & her book is not too £££ atall.

Just wanted to share this with you as I am personally having incredible success with my rosacea and ailments in general.

Hope you are all keeping your diseases at bay! Big Hug

Thank you; this site was so supportive when I was a one of my lowest ebbs.

Take a look at her website; pretty amazing stuff! Cool

I got totally fed up with the GP's & derms knowing so little (and caring even less).

I have 'almost' cut out all processed foods and am taking time out regularly to chill!

As Georgie says "Concentrate on what's good about your body, not the 5% (in my case) that is diseased!".

Hugs to you all!
