About a month ago I put a tube of aloe vera down on the counter at the pharmacy and pitifully asked the chemist if perhaps, just maybe, there was anything stronger she could recommend to combat my rather stubborn psoriasis. I was not expecting a positive answer.
She recommended a cream entitled "Exomega" by a French company called "A-Derma". So far it's been very helpful and is supposed to help a variety of sensitive skin conditions.

Just spreading the word!

I"ve tried their body wash, and found it nice and gentle.  It's not available in North America, though!
