So i was diagnosed with T.V. about a year ago ( white spots, no itchiness or scaling, only noticeable after i tan)  and was prescribed with a cream to use twice a day for 2 whole months. well, i'll let you know that didn't work out very well. with my schedule and moving around all the time, didn't happen. Unfortunately i don't have health insurance right now, and can't afford a visit to the dermatologist.

i've been reading online that Nizoral is a good shampoo to help get rid of T.V. , slap it on once or twice a day, let it sit for 10 min and rinse off, for 2 weeks. My only concern is...the articles i've been reading recommend Nizoral 2.5%  and the only ones i have seen n drugstores are 1%. where are people finding the 2.5% shampoos? I can't find Selsun Blue in the 2.5% either :/

any help would be appreciated. i would love to be able to get a bit of color this summer without looking like a spotted cow around my stomach and lower back Smiley
