Any feedback on what this may look like would be very helpful.  They have never had a pus fulled head, nor have they surrounded hair follicles.  They start out as a little bump that is not itchy and end up kind of like dead skin with discoloration.  These pics are on my forearms and I also have a couple on my shoulders/back.  They are NOT itchy, painful, or tender.  I have had the ones in the pics for about 6 months and I had picked at them extensively.
