This is embarassing...

I was told I had psoriasis when I was experiencing anal itching, and then out of no where yesterday this swollen clot looking lump appeared Sad and it hurts....at night it seemed to have gone away and I did not have pain with my BM, but now it is out again and it hurts. what is this? I am not overweight, I am 125 5'3 and as a matter of fact I have been working out and changed my diet last year and lost 20 lbs...I do not have anal sex, I am not pregnant...I don't fit any of the causes? Well, I do drink coffee and wine and a lot of dairy.

can someone help?
thanks.

Bless your heart. There's no need to be embarassed.

Honestly, my hubby has the same problem, and has for years. None of the "risk factors" ring true with him, either, except the coffee and alcohol. My sister gets them, too, and has after her first pregnancy wheather she's pregnant or not! I think this sort of thing just happens.

Hubby has found that diaper rash cream, of all things, helps. Just don't tell him I told you... he's embarassed about it, too. Hugs
