I am sorry to hear that the Egratex did not work, did it do anything?  I just ordered the product last night and was hoping it would help.  Has anybody offered any help?
Thanks

I am taking Multi Vites by Vita Fusion which are adult gummy vitamins.  I take two a day and they actually taste great. They cleared up my Grover's within a month.  I bought them at Target.  They also have them on Amazon. Hope this helps others with Grover's.

I'm not familiar with Grovers, but I'm no stranger to itching. Have you tried a thinner comforter? Keeping the skin cool really helps.

Welcome to Skincell... you too, Scott. Hope both of y'all find some relief soon.

I've had Grovers for two years. Please check my journal. I agree with taking supliments and fighting it with proper nutrition.
I use a topical steroid cream to spot treat as necessary and that works well. Grovers requires a powerful steroid. I'll look up the name of what I use and get back to you.

A nutritionist and supliments erased Grovers from my body! It wasn't until just recently that it came back when I became pregnant. Morning sickness took nutrition from me and also compromises your imune system. You do need the meds to help clear up Grovers, but nutrition will help keep it gone.

The greater the stress will make you sweat, and sweat can make it worse. Heat increases Inflammation. Keep cool! When you dry off after a bath, leave a little water on your skin, pat dry. Try and use anti-itch cream like Eucerin, you can get it at any drug store. I took oral steroids, shots, topical steroids, allergy medication, tetracycline, anti-itch pills, and used Eucerin cream after ever shower to get this under control.

You may also want to consider talking to your doctor about a shot for urgent relief. My doctor also gave me a pill to help me sleep through the pain at night and keep the itch down.

Make sure you really do have Grovers, did they test you through biopsy?
Try and find a specialist with more experience.
