Actually, it sounds to me like there aren't a lot of people that would want to room with you, but the ones that would are PERFECT. I would go ahead and advertise*, and be sure to include all your pet peeves and requirements. I expect you'll get a nice lady who also has allergies, hates rap, and loves cats. You may want to consider the probability that she'll bring a cat or two of her own.

*The fact that you bleached the bathroom every day worries me a little. I had a roommate who felt the same way... only she bleached the walls. She had done this for years, and eventually developed an allergy to bleach. Right before we roomed together, she was diagnosed with OCD. I know, I know, yet another medical disorder is NOT what you're looking for... but Kat was really helped by the meds. I'm a natural slob, and yet we compromised and lived in harmony. It was really good for both of us. Look into that, hon... constant worrying about germs isn't good for you, and there might be a viable solution.
