Hi All

Yes its me again lol and this time i have a sprained wrist (well as far as i know i have). How long does it take for a sprained wrist to get better?

Ive been in pain for 3 weeks now with very little sign of recovery. I havent taken time off work even though its my right hand and im right handed but today i feel its getting to much to me so maybe off work next week as i just want to cry.

can anyone give me any advice or a new arm. Ive had an xray done but still waiting for results.

Thank u
Sharon x
