I've started experimenting with magnet healing with my reflexologist to try and whack my de Quervain's, and she's taking a swing at my HS as well.
Has anyone tried this? I'm using a sleep system (Haven't slept so well in YEARS!) and a hand brace, and it seems to be working its magic. The idea of this form of healing is that sometimes there's some residual pain because the body is healing itself. I've been feeling odd tingling in some of my so-called "dead spots", lesions that closed but never really healed properly.
The whole thing is very cool.

Has anyone had any experience with magnets?

I'm considering it. I see a lot of people wearing the necklaces and bracelets, some say it helps, some say it doesn't and some say they aren't sure... I imagine it has different effects on people or sometimes lack of, like everything else. I'm glad it's helping your sleep.  Smiley
