I'm on Soriatane for 30 days for pustular psoriasis(for my feet) with no bad symptoms but no clearing up either.I'm only taking 20 mg per day,is this too small amount to work?It looks like it's getting better but 24 hours later it's a mess of pus blisters and itches so bad I can't keep from scratching,I soak my feet in sea salt water for some relief and I use Clobetasol cream0.5%. Am I being impatient?

Hi covedog:

I don't know much about Soriatane I'm afraid. Hopefully somebody will come along who does. Isn't Soriatane a longterm drug? It's an immune suppressant I think, so would take some time to kick in.

Did you try an antibiotic for the PPP. The Clobetasol should help. Put a good layer on and then wrap the feet w/saran wrap, or tape it on.
