Hello everyone,
I have been dealing with HS breakouts since April of this year and am looking for any advice you can give.
Thanks.

Hello. Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry I didn't see your thread until now. I don't know how much advice I can give. I have read of Zinc 3 times daily helping minimize it, it was shown to help some people in a HS study. Sometimes a healthy diet can help it some, lots of fruits and vegetables, sugar and white flour are thought to be bad for it, but there is no proof, one thing may help some people and may do nothing for others, which is common for HS. Have you seen a Dermatologist?

Take care. :hugs:
With care,
