i have these blochy darker areas around my neck. usually looks grey, sometimes red. i have had it for awhile and when it starts to get warm out is when it comes out. every year it seems to sped even more. does not iche or hurt. looks to be raised above and looks to have a little texture. anyone have any idea on what this might be?

Hi, and welcome to SC -- just from the pics to me it looks like you might have lost some pigmentation in the skin (here called geographic forehead when on the face).

A visit to a derm, or even a GP would be very worthwhile, then you would know for sure.
