Yes we all got a medal... it was such fun. However I felt slightly embarrassed that I walked it. so... I have signed up for something else now... and this one
can't
be walked.

Andy, I wish I could say you were right actually. Swimming I'd feel more confident about.
However I have signed myself up for a Run 10k.
