Thanks for the heads up LG

I checke dthe logs and there don't appear to be any errors that would have stopped emailed notifications being sent.
Glad you got it sorted though Thumbs up

Well, I just checked my webmail and the emails in question are not there...   My emails are always there until I delete them from the online inbox but those ones, there were about 30 of them, are not there, they somehow went direct from Skincell to my computer and were not recorded on the server inbox, it is a total mystery to me    Huh I am not that computer savvy but I cannot imagine what has happened in this case, maybe you guys have the understanding to work that out, thanks for your concern anyway ....   Smiley

That sort of thing is usually controlled in your e-mail client, LG.

There's an option in the account settings somewhere called "Leave mail on server". See screenshot below...

I use it on my laptop, so that when I download the e-mail on my laptop when I'm away from home, I can still read them, and I only download the new ones, but when I get back home, they all download to my desktop where they will eventually be backed up.

Yes I do understand that Matt, the thing is that the only emails that weren't on my server when I checked it were the ones from Skincell for that period of time, the ones that all came through at once. And thanks for the very detailed advice but I have an iBook so the options are  a bit different.

Hi LG,
I'm not aware of any other email problems at the moment.
Have you tried using the "unread posts" facility on the forum at the top of the page?
