Hiya, 9055, and welcome to SkinCell!

I can't answer your question as I don't have Hidradenitis Suppurativa but I can at least offer support.  Hugs

Hi 9055

One thing about me is that I dont keep anything secret. All of my family and most of my friends and colleagues know that I have HS and when they ask what is is I print off the info from this site for them to read. I like to share my pain if you know what I mean. I always have someone to talk to about it and nobody gets disgusted (well at least not to my face  Wink) I do have a boyfriend and sometimes he gets nelgected when i'm not feeling all that well but he understands and takes care of me because he loves me. I too never thought I would find anyone because I thought I was a monster!!! But there are nice guys out there who will love you for you and not what your body looks like!!! Please dont hide yourself away because that is what makes us depressed. Like any other person you have to put yourself out there  because you cant win if you dont play!! I hope you are feeling better these days and you know where we are if you need to let off steam.

Luv
