Hi folks...
Whilst browsing Curezone, I discovered something called kefir - which contains lots of probiotics and Vitamin B, folic acid...
What's interesting is that kefir actually keeps the colon healthy by getting rid of candida whilst it leaves the colon with plenty of healthy bacteria. It discourages parasites from living in your colon.
Whilst fermenting within the 24 hour period recommended it digests the lactose, proteins and sugars in the fresh milk leaving people with a lactose intolerance well able to eat it. I think that's great!!
It's taken by babies, nursing mums, expectant mums and also the elderly as well as people who want to clean up their health.
More research on the internet reveals that you rub some on your skin at night, and it leaves you with glowing skin in the morning.
I've heard that the Kefir Shop in Scotland sells the grains for £7 and that lasts for life. Another site, Dom's Kefir in-site (or something like that) has pages of info about it and how to make everything from kefir yoghurt, to kefir mascarpone, kefir camemburt, etc and etc.
Since I've got the dreaded E, I can't usually eat those products but the more you leave the kefir to ferment, the more digested are the proteins and sugars in it. Sometimes, there's practically no natural sugar in it, as it's all been digested by the kefir...
Which I think is absolutely great

I'll be getting some this week as wheatgrass though useful is very expensive I've used up 8 trays this week!
I've also decided to go 100% raw except for the kefir...It'll replace the chicken fillets I've been having...
I was 70% raw any way and might as well go the whole hog...I want to show off my arms this summer...
