Hiya,

Been feeling a bit rough the past few days and wondered if anyone had an insights?

Felt sickly yesterday and then that passed then today I have like a sinus headache (like a pain behind one eye) and feel a bit like I have a head full of cotton wool!  And a bit jittery.  Do you think I am just a bit run down maybe?  I also had bad trapped wind before.  Not having a good couple of days  Sad

I just don't really feel myself.  There has been a bug going around work and I am just wondering if I have just got a little strain of it.

It's kinda late in the season for flu, but around here (midwest USA) it seems lots of people are getting spring cases of the flu.

I keep getting a slightly sore throat, several times in the last 2 weeks. Each time it starts, I take lots of vitamin C and it goes away,
only to come back in a day or two. I've upped my Vit C intake now in the hopes of keeping it away.

There are loads of people around where I live who currently have colds or flu... I had flu a couple of weeks ago. I see you're in the UK too so I wouldn't be surprised if you have a bug. I hope it clears up quickly for you.

 Hugs

Morning everyone

Thank you for all your replies, I am feeling better than I did at the beginning of the week, I took a lot of Sinutab yesterday and that seems to have helped.  I think I did just have a strain of the bugs that have been flying around and it just made me feel a bit dodgy.

Thanks for all your concern, glad I am feeling more like myself today!
