Thank you Wooley,
I have found out that my RBC is now 11.9. so that is good. What we thought was a low red blood count turned out to be a blood clot in my lungs. It's a long story. And I will write it down but for now I am to stay in bed.

Well it's winter so that means my ovaries go to sleep till spring. I know it sounds really stupid but they will not bother me till it starts to get warm again.
Everything with my blood clots to my lungs has cleared up, just as long as I don't get a cut I will be fine.

Oh God just shoot me. Spring is still almost a month away and my stupid ovary is acting up again. I can't wait till menopause. And now I have to go find a new Dr. again. The last one I would not trust to take care of my cat after what she put me thru last year.
Thank you for letting me vent

hi, i spent years suffering the way you do, it sounds to me like you could use that hysterectomy, i ended up having a complete hystectomy(endometriosis), the thing is, the longer you leave it the more prblems that could arise, such as, endometriosis will spread, mine was left too long that it spread to both ovaries, which i ended up hving to have removed at age 28, i'm 30 now, and have been suffering menopause, it can also spread through to the bladder and bowels, latch on to anything it can get, then you have serious problems, i wouldnt leave it much longer, push as hard as youcan to get something done, and soon..  Wish you luck, trish.

Hello,
Thank you for the hugs and advice.
Well the new Dr. said that I should see a pain Dr. That there is nothing that is really wrong with me.
He told me this after talking to me for five minutes spent five minutes reading my old charts, they are inches thick, and doing a sonagram in his office.
He said he would do a hysterectomy for me if I wanted it. He really wanted to do that. Maybe he has a upcoming car payment he needs cash for.
Oh the best part is he gave me the name of the pain Dr. I called them and I was told they only work on back trouble, my back is fine, it is the problems inside that make me have pain across my lower back. Like bad cramping. Shakes head you know the kind the ones that feel like labor.
Oh well, maybe the next one will work out.

i realize that i am from Canada and have medicare to cover our expenses, and it cant be easy for you to pay the medical bills, however i cant stress enough how much better you would feel after the hysterectomy, i suffered for years...I ended up losing everyting however on account of leaving it too long, but god i feel good now! Perhaps if it is just 1 ovary that bothers you you may not need the full hysterectomy, maybe you would just need an oopenectomy, which isn't near as sever as the hys. Have you had ultrasounds on your uterus & ovaries? Or even the scope done, they can tell really well with the scope if it is the whole uterus or just an ovary, thats what they did to me. Anyhow, keep me posted how it turns out.

Well Mnm Mom I live in Canada also and all testing and surgery is free but not meds.  I've been up the road and down with the problems you are having.  I finally had a complete hysterectomy at age 45 and I am now 51 and have never felt so good.

I had no choice I wouldn't stop bleeding and I got to the point I was too sick to care if they cut my ears off.  Best of luck to you Smiley

 Doooh! Doooh! Doooh! Doooh!
Well I went and saw the pain Dr. I spoke with his asst. for a hour she asked a great deal of questions and I answered them. I thought I was getting somewhere till the Dr. came in and told me well you should be seeing a OBGYN for this and I told him thats who sent me to you. He said I really do not deal with the BREAD BASKET that's what he called my reproductive organs, he deals with bad backs. I told him my back is fine, he is sending me for a MRI of my whole spine, then he wants me to see a OBGYN and have all the testing done ( he said more than once he wants to rule out cancer) like I have that growing in me since I was ten, it's the real slow kind I guess) so the OBGYN will stick things where I don't want anything but my husband to go again. He wants upper and lower scopes to check my digestive system Joy.
AND
this is the best part,
He wants me to see a shrink to rule out thats all in my head.
When does the next train run thru town I think I will go step in front of it, just kidding.
Oh and this is the best part are you ready for this........................
he said you have vulvodynia and he told me to look it up on the computer under NVA well I did, it is not what I have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I told them both and filled out the forms the pain is on the inside not the outside.
Just shoot me now.
My husband is home so I have to go

OMG.  What kind of "doctors" are you dealing with, mnm?  I don't even have words to express what kind of outrage I would feel if a doctor spoke to me like that... "look it up on the internet"HuhHuh?  "bread basket"HuhHuh?  Good heavens.  You need a clean slate with a competent doctor, mnm!

Just shoot me,
I read the letter the pain Dr. Sent to my primary care Dr.. Yes he thinks I am crazey and this is all in my head. That is to sum up the letter I saw. Of course he went on and on about how this whole thing is in my head. That I am acting just to get attention.
You have to love Drs.
 Doooh! Doooh! Doooh! Doooh! Doooh!
He also went on to say that he will not treat my pain with anything because he thinks I am crazey.
Well to say the least I will be getting my test results from him and go elcewhere.

 Clap Clap Clap Clap
Good news, I think I found a OBGYN that CARES.
1st he TALKED to me ( with my clothes on I might add )
2nd he listened to me! I am jumping for joy
3rd he knows the Dr who delievered my kids
5th he is doing the test I have been begging the others to do, a MRI of my WHOLE abdomen. So he can see everything while it's working. Still jumping
6th he did not look at me like oh just go away like so many other drs. do.
Well everyone keep your fingers crossed.
