You've opened Pandora's Box...

I'm currently playing the following:

(PC)
ROME: Total War
F.E.A.R.
Various HL2 Mods

(PSP)
Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX
Pursuit Force
GTA: Liberty City Stories

(PS2)
I [Love] Katamari Damacy
The Warriors

...and a WHOLE LOT of Beta tests like Auto Assault and FFXII.

I also have MAME32/EMULoader on-hand - along with roms for just about every single arcade game between 1978 and 2002.

You never mentioned what game(s) YOU were playing.

BTW: I was born and raised in Flushing. Smiley

Resident Evil (remix) - Gamecube.

Dreamcast
Skies of Arcadia
Fur fighters

Not much on the playstation or the PC really.

I just dont have the time for games really any more, and I'm lacking interest a lot too.

I just finished Dragon Quest VIII for the PS2, solid RPG game. If you are into classic RPGs, I highly recommend it. Not sure whats next on the video game adgenda, gotta be good to keep my attention.

Doc, I'm actually playing that, too. Smiley  I got up to the part right after you chase down dragon hearts (or something like that) with the fat, spoiled, highly-unlikable prince character and started playing SoulCaliber 3.  Then The Warriors came along and stole that thunder, so I'm actually playing those other two, as well... but they are on what I would call "A Geek Hiatus".

I've hear that Doulmagus <sp?> is extremely hard to defeat.

Hi Loz,

Is that the one where you have to pay to play online?

I used to play a lot of Counter Strike and Day of Defeat online but I seem to remember Paul saying he had to pay for WOW ... ??

Yea it's an mmorpg, no offline play. Because the game is so immense there's no way it could be played offline.
You get the 1st month free and then it's £8.99 a month. So so worth it though. I 've never paid to play a game online before but this is just stunning !!

Hmmm...currently HL2 mods, Guild Wars, and Until Uru. I used to play EverQuest, but Guild Wars having no subscription was just too tempting. I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone who likes MMORPG but doesn't want to pay a monthly subscription. The content is good, and regularly updated. The first expansion, Factions, came out a short while ago.

My old notebook died a few weeks ago, so I've ordered a new one from Rock (XCTX - Dual core 2.16GHz, 2Gb RAM, 100GB HDD, GeForce Go FX7900 GTX 256Mb), and once that's arrived (about 10 days from now I hope!) I'll start on Oblivion, Factions, and probably play through HL2 and HL2:Episode 1 to put it through it's paces. Can't wait!! Smiley

I can't play that many games on this PC as it has a graphics card that falls over with 3d rendering and doesn't support Direct Draw - but then it is supposed to be my work PC lol.

One thing I have meant to ask - managed to complete Spider Solitaire in 91 moves (at the basic level) which is a record for me  - has anyone done it in less? Does anyone know know if there is a minimum number of moves I could aspire to?

I used to play http://runescape.com/ a lot quite a few months ago.  It's a pretty fun and free online rpg.  While the graphics aren't top of the line, they aren't horrible either, and it's still really fun Smiley

Will be a little bit longer to wait for the new notebook - since ordering my new baby Rock upgraded the specs so make that XCTX - Dual core 2.33GHz, 2Gb RAM, 100GB HDD, GeForce Go FX7900 GTX 512Mb. It'll add a couple of weeks waiting for the graphic cards to arrive, but I'm patient(ish!) if it means a faster processor and better graphic card.
