From what I have heard about it, I wouldnt do it. Cutting out anything completely in your diet is not good for you, we all need a balance. Obviously theres vegetarians, but they replace the protein from meat with other things, or they should

I have seen it said that you are fooling the body by cutting out carbohydrates which causes a chemical reaction and weight loss, I also heard it causes kidney damage and bad breath.
Its another fad diet in my opinion. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to commit yourself to a healthy balanced diet, less fat, less sugar and more fruit & vegetables & fibre & water. Teamed with exercise.... Easier said than done !!
