Our search Is finally Over! We Have a House! we got the news today! Its Not the Ones weave Been Looking at or that Ive mentioned, I didnt want to get all excited and be let down again but It is The House of My dreams. Its 2 story with a Basement. All Dark cherry hard wood floors and Moulding over all the entrance ways. Glass door Knobs on all the doors. 4 bed rooms 2 bath with 2 sun rooms on the top floor. Claw foot bath tub in the upstairs bath.The stair case has two entrances, one at the front of the house and another just behind the kitchen that both connect to each other in a kind of an upside down wide U shape and in the middle are the stairs to go up.  a bonus room in the basement with ample laundry space A huge Fancy dining room and an even bigger Living/ sitting room with fire Place... The Owner Placed carpet over the living and dinning rooms and the Last tenant ruined it, so he was going to replace it but  weave asked him to rip it up we wanted the Hard wood, we have to wait on his answer before we can officially move in Bounce Bounce Clap Clap Yay ! Dance Dance Thumbs up Thumbs up i don't have any Pics of the inside yet, but i do have one of the outside... the House in an older one built in the late 1800's early 1900's and has been vinyl sided...The best Part is its only 600$ a month I am so happy I'm literately shaking!!!!!!!!!!!

It depends on the Owner! if he wants to carpet the 2 floors again I have to wait till hes done with it. (I really hope he doesnt! I love wood floors!)
