I will try this soon, too, AC. Probably in a couple weeks, for sure. Especially after reading Kevin Trudeau's book, I think cleansing is one of the best things we can do for preventative care.

Hi guys you rock!! I'm on my 3 week of Colonix and you know, still haven't passed the anaconda yet My energy is up and my stomach is flat after I've gone to the loo. I usually don't look, but the smell make me want to!! Wow, guess what, today I passed corn and I haven't had any in 6 months so I know this stuff works. The tea is practically tasteless but really soothing to drink and you end up with a lovely sleep, then your body wakes you up, you go to the loo and do your dos. 1st week they were fat and long and multicoloured, now there funny shapes and just normal brown. I can't quite understand about the parasite yet though. In the first week I was so Suure I felt something moving in my tummy, but it's subsided now...Ah well, maybe Nessie from Loch Ness will surface later I know from some of the testimonials that your skin might break out, mine has on my shoulders, but I'm persevering cos I know the end result will be fantastic. Am resuming going back to 20g of Evening primrose oil starting from yesterday as I'm fed up of itching.. The fibre is a banana flavour and always make it into a smoothie, not so nice with water alone.. I tried for a week, cos I didn't have a choice but milk is much nicer, + a banana. What I really like about Colonix is that it's painless, and you can go for hour long bus rides and not feel pressed at all....hey, wait up... Mum just called and afterwards I felt the need to go and went...and looked...and saw what looked like a big macaroni nesting in my do...at Last!! It was worth putting in a clove of garlic in my Colonix smoothie yesterday, cos I normally pass BMs 3 times daily anyway due to all the fresh and raw food I have in my diet, + nuts and seeds... Anyway, for the last 3 days, I've been putting 1tablespoon of ground flaxseed meal in my smoothie and today I got a result... God is love, his the care, tending each everywhere... It's a love thang... Aquababe

Should I do this? I'm reading all those testimonials and most of those people were really constipated before using the stuff. I'm once a day regular now, though I haven't always been. I just wonder if I have any of that gunky stuff inside? Is this Dr natura stuff really so much better than the less expensive "colon cleanse" stuff you can get at the vitamin shops?

Well, the good thing about the Colonix is it has the Paranil in it which kills the parasites. I haven't ordered it yet, but I started noticing after taking the one I bought religiously for over a few days, my skin started to flare up. Like it helped for the first few days, then started flaring later. .. so I stopped.. I don't really know why, I thought maybe it's the extra bowel movements, made me go like 3-4x a day- which made me start loosing my good bacteria, so I started taking a good probiotic but helped a little, but not enough, then it dawned upon me the other day - I still need to use a steroid ointment daily to keep things in check, and it usually does.. and I haven't flared that bad in awhile so I was wondering why for the longest...then I came upon the conclusion that I think my body was ridding itself of the drug quickly, therefore causing a rebound type of effect, get me? Because corticosteroids definitely have a systemic effect even if it's topical no matter what Dr.'s say (how it isn't entered into the bloodstream which is b.s.) There's always a reason for my flares, and usually I can pinpoint it, like slacking off my diet or extra emotional stress, or PMS, or combinations of those is what it usually is, but that one had me. Ok, enough rambling. But yes, Alohamora, it's up to you if you want the whole parasite ridding effect the Colonix has, or you just want to do a general colon cleanse, I think it's safe to try the cheaper stuff at the health food or vitamin stores.

Marie, not knowing much about this, could you tell me where a person living in the industrialized "super sterile" world would pick up parasites? (I hope this didn't sound confrontational... I'm genuinely interested in the theory behind it.) Thanks!

Not necessarily the 'tropical disease' kind you may be thinking of - the human body is host to innumerable parasites - go to the net and key in 'parasites in the human body ' or words to that effct - quite eye opening, (and it's all perfectly natural

Hi people!! I'm now into my 7th week of the Colonix cleanse and am really glad I bought it...have been telling all my close friends... The tiny eczema that flared up due to the herbs in the stuff really has gone down...everyone says my face looks lovely.... I'm still doing 4-5 bowel movements a day and it's totally painless like I said before, you just feel the need to go, and if you want to hold it, you can...I do sometimes if it's not convenient. My skin is getting softer and to make things better, I've ordered an enema bucket to do coffee enemas... A clean colon results in healthy skin and hair...even Princess Diana did them, and Mae West used to do one daily... I've got to learn how to do it though (the enemas, I mean). Where do you pick up parasites? They are microscopic, they could be under your fingernails in the dirt, on your skin, you get them in meat, unwashed veg, from other people just by kissing...Everyone has worms, parasites and undigested stool in their colon, just check out most people's complexion and you'll understand it's the gunk passed out from the colon into the bloodstream that's causing a yucky complexion and bad skin. Distended tummy etc. My tummy is always super flat every time I do bowel movements now...without exercise!! DrNatura do a deal if you buy 2 at once, you save... I bought 2 packs at once. The first time you buy their product, you need to do 2-3 months to clean all the undigested gunk from years back, that's turned into mucoid plaque... Haven't seen the mucoid plaque yet... You know the ropey looking thingy that's black tyre looking!! Anyway...for those of you who are yet to buy it, it's really worth it and you'll be glad you did... Lots of love and healthy sleep... Yes, the flat tummy result is definitely a plus from the colon cleanse, but I'm pretty slim already, so I don't usually have a problem.. I cut down to taking mine full dose once a week now, because I start to flare if I do it for more then 2 days... prob the toxins most definitely. And yes, parasites are everywhere, you'd be surprised.. you can't see them with your naked eye.

Hi Bebx... I'm quite slim myself - only 9 stone, aka 130lbs. I eat fairly large meals when I do eat, so my tummy gets bloated. Also, drink lots of water. I really notice the flat tummy after going in the morning after taking the Colonix fibre. Like I said, I go to the loo 3-4 times daily already. This Colonix is making me go an extra 2 times a day, especially if I drink more water. Didn't drink too much today, so have only been 3 times, but still!! My skin is turning soft and the blotches are clearing up...Yeah!! Dr Richard Schulze's Superfood is helping as well since I can't stand the taste of juiced wheatgrass anymore... I've also started buying a whole salmon to be eaten over the course of a week... The good thing about cleansing is that you absorb the nutrients from your food better, now that you've got rid of the parasites and worms. Even my stool smells sweeter (as if it could) Love you, Aquababe

Hi, yeah - you'll probably end up gagging on salmon after a while - especially if you undercook accidentally or whatever - have heard (anecdotally) that salmon can be host to the dreaded...dun dun dun...parasites! Anybody know more about this? Erg (just looked at that drnatura website)...apparently(and don't quote me) but you need to get really good quality salmon (labelled 'organic' in the UK) because of the stuff they feed them on fish farms, and the way they're 'reared'. This didn't occur to me (that salmon could be raised in a 'hot house' environment, like caged chickens for example.) Also some fish oils aren't that good for you (mercury levels et al) and you have to go for the very best source - flax oil seems to be a good substitute; has the same Omega 3 I believe. Have looked into the Colonix and might order before I start my LOX routine - although I did do a colon cleanse a few years ago with this incredible product that 'oxygenated' your intestines and broke down the mucus - a powder that gave you a rather explosive motion if you get my drift. I'd be fascinated to see any of that gunk coming out of me - but having said that after looking at the pictures I wondered if it wasn't meant to be in there - it looked like the intestine itself! Gross photographing it on the toilet seat (hope he cleaned up after himself) Being a guy probably not KIDDING!

I've been 105 lbs for most of my adult life, the only time I've been more then that was when I was pregnant and went to 145 lbs or so with both babies, hence my stretch marks I don't drink lots of liquids or water with my meals, that does make me bloated... it slows down my digestion because I have a HCl deficiency (hydrochloric acid) which can cause nutrient deficiencies and improperly absorbed nutrients even with the healthiest diet, so I take digestive enzymes along with betaine HCl (HCl supplement) to help digestion. I take a superfood supplement every morning, powdered dark greens to balance my dietary/internal pH. Overly acidic body can cause E flare ups.

Hi folks... Salmon is really nice with mung, lentil, rye sprouts. Apparently if you go to the loo 3-4 times daily, the parasites don't get a chance to latch onto your gut. I've only passed 1 worm in 1.5 months of doing this Colonix!! Maybe their still babies I make salmon stew and it lasts for 4 days, shared with Mum... I take Richard Schulze's Superfood containing wheatgrass, barley grass, alfalfa, spirulina, chlorella and algae and other bits and pieces...Very tasty in water blended. My skin is definitely smoother now though and it's also definitely not as itchy as before... Aquababe

Ah well.... Today is Monday and I'm doing my liver flush...for the 1st time.. Decided to do it with Epsom Salts to as it releases the bile duct, supposedly... Have spent all day on my computer to stave off the hunger pangs which are starting up...I'm absoluutely STARVING!! Whose idea was this? Looking forward to getting all those stones out although all that olive oil is probably going to make me gag. Have bought a whole load of fruit to eat tomorrow to make up for not eating much today...Mangos, bananas, kiwis, grapes, apples...Yummy mummy in my tummy Aquababe

Good luck Aquababe - give us a blow by blow account ! By the way parasites are supposed to live in your gut you know, you don't want to get rid of them all, that poor one worm you got might been the lone survivor (hanging on in there.)

Hi Folks.... I done it!! 1. Ate only apples til 2.00pm 2. Mixed up Epsom salts edible kind, 4 tablespoons in 24oz of water and put in fridge. 3. Had first dose at 6.00pm - Taste was alright 4. Felt thirsty so had water 8oz at 7.00pm 5. 2nd dose of Epsom salts at 8.00pm 6. Had lovely bath at 8.30pm 7. Prepared 1 glass of orange juice with real oranges 8oz and 1/2 glass - 4oz of extra virgin olive oil. Also juiced some ginger root and shook whole lot together...Ginger prevents nausea. 8. Went straight to bed and lay on right side with knee towards my chest. Stayed still for 30 mins and fell asleep!! 9. Woke up at 12am and went to loo...absolutely nothing except water. Is this working? 10. Woke up at 6.30am and had 3rd dose of Epsom salts...Went back to bed 11. Had 8oz of water at 7am cos was real thirsty. 12. Had last dose of Epsom salts at 8.30am 13. 9.00am went to loo, and kept going every 5 mins until 10.30!! 14. Bum felt fine, but getting tired of going to the loo. 15. Everything in loo is orange!! even the stones!! 16. Between 10.30 and 11.00 am just passing orange water from me behind. 17. Feel great and have 500g of grapes. 18. Followed by porridge with raisins, goat milk and cloves (feel okay still) 19 Stopped going loo and decide to go to Oxford Street where I spend 2 hours shopping.. 20. At Oxford St, end up going to loo 2ce, just water from behind.. 21. Had coffee, Ploughman's Lunch at Marks and Spencers and quickly regret it... 22. Come home by 3.30 and immediately drink 2 litres of water...to stop feeling slightly dizzy... All in all, quite good and absolutely painless...Not sure what good it did though...Will definitely do this again in 2 weeks... By the way, olive oil, orange juice, ginger juice is absolutely delicious...I thought I was going to gag, but I didn't... My tongue feels really clean... Will carry on colon cleanse by Colonix tomorrow. Am going singing rehearsal tonight...for 3 hours Aquababe

Hey Aquababe - well done! I'm not sure how to highlight the passage I want to 'quote' so this is a question about the stones themselves. How many did you pass? What size etc? Did you examine them to see what they were made of? What do you sing?
