Don't worry about virgin saturated fats....palm oil and coconut oil are very good for you...that's why the Filipinos have such marvellous skin, they use coconut oil in their cooking.  Also make sure you eat oil and protein together, your body absorbs it better that way. 

I have strong nails that I have to keep filing down, my hair has grown a lot and is nice and thick and people think I'm in my late 20s or 30s but I'm older...In fact it's my Birthday at the end of November...

Coconut oil keeps your facial wrinkles away...so don't be scared of it...And it's not a new miracle food...it's always been around but the medical industry produced a scare about it in the '70s and it was taken out of products like baby food, etc...that's why most of us have eczema now...our parent inadvertently cut out the fats in their diet and we end up with ultra dry skin - turning into Eczema....
