Hello everyone, I'm 22 years old and have been an eczema sufferer for all my life.  I'd like to start by saying that I'm not trying to sell this product, merely trying to relate my experiences with it.  I only recently started taking it about three weeks ago, but with great results.

This is from the company website, www.immunotec.com

Immunocal is a milk protein supplement which delivers bonded cystine, which is a building block for glutathione, which is an essential protein for our immune system, a detoxifying agent, and an antioxidant.  Well I basically started taking it, and my eczema started to disappear.  Previously I had to use protopic to control it, but it's just clearing up by itself.  I learned about this supplement after reading a book about Glutathione.  This is the book:

GSH - Your body's most powerful protector - Glutathione by Jimmy Gutman MD.
here it is on amazon - http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0973140909/qid=1121043246/sr=8-1/ref=pd_bbs_ur_1/103-6343811-1909412?v=glance&s=books&n=507846

Basically from what I've researched (you can google glutathione with the name of an ailment to see your own results), Glutathione deficiency can result in many diseases and ailments, one of them being eczema.  Taking Immunocal replenishes it.  It's helped me, other family members with other diseases.

Here's a section from the GSH book regarding eczema: GSH is involved in many skin problems.  "The role of GSH in detoxification and prevention of radiation damage in other tissues is well-known.  Low levels of GSH have been documented in many types of skin disease including: psoriasis eczema, vasculitis, etc etc etc.  And it continues to cite studies WITH backup references.  For example, "In both irritant contact dermatitis and allergic contact dermatitis GSH levels fall both in the skin and the whole body.  A group of Japanese dermatologists inhibited GSH production with SO and found that both allergic and irritant contact dermatitis rashes became more severe."

I urge you all to look into glutathione, immunocal supplement (for those not allergic to milk), and do your own research.  Also please post your experiences with this if you decide to use it.
