hi all, just me again..Haven't been around for awhile as work and the summer days have kept me busy. I did start wearing shorts too believe it or not. It helped build up some confidence as well. Unfortunately i noticed this week my legs have worsened just after starting to look alot better. I just dont get it. I do flare when i OMS, but usually in teh same spots, but now more are starting to come after i thought they were under control. I am completely miserable again. I did go swimming last weekend in the pool and dam wondering if the chlorine made it worsen. ugh, i am lost for words now, i am too upset. i dont know what to do anymore. i take vitamins daily, AC vinegar orally, i bath with salt water and AC vinegar , take 12 omega 3 pills daily and use skin cap even though i have seen the warnings it has been the only thing that helped control this.. damn i wish they would just clear..they r the worse on my legs and this sucks...

My Hand Psoriasis on the palms of my hands which resemble small irregular formed dead skin spots usually look OK by Friday and then getting in the chlorine pool.  The chlorine is definitely a detriment tp the dry patches.

Hi backit up.

I suggest doing a detox of your blood kindeys liver etc.Seeing a good natropath may help and have a blood test (which at a natropath is a prick of the finger)and they look at your blood under a microscope and see what's in it. For eg Yeast, Cancer, Bacteria, Colesterol, lacking in iron etc.

I have done all this and i take flax too...I got alot worse detozing though getting rid of my toxins.  But i feel Great now....

Skin looks alot better too try taking some ginsing too its god for stress and those times where you feel that life will never get better Wink

Good luck and don't give up!!!
Think you can beat it be determined and you will!!!

Bye
