I just came back from visiting the fellow who's house we hope to buy.  My face is in full bloom today (I was reading a paper back novel and the paper always makes me flush and I get hives on my face).  He commented (it's impossible not to notice) and suggested I boil cabbage and put the cooled leaves on my face (my lower jaw area and neck).  He said that this cools and clears his red flares.  I know that when a derm told me I had rosacea I tried sulfur remedies and wonder if this follows that same path of thinking...

Has anyone tried this?  Huh

Hugs I'm sorry to hear that your face is flaring Rain  Sad

Its not the first time I hae heard of the curing powers of cabbage. Its also recommended for breat feeding mothers with sore nipples. A leaf in each bra is supposed to ease it ? Never tried it myself tho  Wink

I'm sure its harmless so its worth a try I guess ?  Smiley

The girls are so right, you are gorgeous  Kiss That piccie is so uplifting, it always makes me smile back !  Grin
