I just registered today and was hoping to find some information on folliculitis.  It's on my legs and appears to be from shaving.  My doctor put me on an oral antibiotic but it not only didn't go away it has gotten worse.  I've even resorted to rubbing alcohol (I was desperate) but it hasn't worked either.  We are coming into the warm months and I sure can't wear shorts with my legs in this condition!  Any information would certainly be appreciated.  Thanks to all!

Welcome to Skincell!   Hi there Hi there  I am sure you will find the info you need on Skincell.  My husband has folliculitis on his face & his Dermatologist has him use Aveeno shave gel & a Mach 3 razor or, Quatro razor.  Both are mens,  I would try them though if you have not already.  What kind of razor do you use?   Hope your legs get better soon.
