I'm new and it's been so neat for the last few days to be able to read about different treatments some of you have tried, and about you and your situations.
As an eczema person for 2-3 yrs, I still try different vitamins, moisturizers, etc. Right now I'm trying a pretty good mix of B-2, B-6, and lots of flaxseed oil with 0-3... and I seem to have much less itching. I've also almost eliminated sugar from my diet, using honey whenever possible. Eczema is odd how it'll come up at particular times, especially during the winter. I know some believe it is a result of something like accelerated evaporation through the eczema areas. Lots of ideas on eczema out there! I haven't tried any vitamin B cream, though some have recommended it. Not sure where to get it even.
Taking tepid showers has helped a bunch with itching... hot showers are definitely a "no, no"., as are fingernails and scratching.
Just wanted to say 'hi!' to all my new itching, long suffering friends,
