Hi, I'm Kelsey.  I havent gotten the chance to look around quite yet but I'm assuming I am one of your youngest members.  I am fifteen.  I have had psoriasis since I was nine.  That gives me eh roughly 6 years with it.  It actually started on my scalp, boy when I thought it was bad then I'd go back and slap myself silly.  Now its spread to my back, waist, breasts, arms, legs and fingernails.  I'm here to look around see from some of the people that have had psoriasis longer than I have how they are dealing with it and getting on with their lives.  thank you. and look forward to seeing you.

  love, Kelsey

It's easy to say but try not to let it get you down! Anyway, take care, hope you keep posting.
