Hello friends,

I am 30 yrs female from Indonesia and had Psoriasis for 15 years

Skin specialists give me various cream, but no cream work for more than 2 week (cotricosteroid , calcipotriol and tar preparation)
Never take oral medication

Psoriasis is not popular for Indonesians, so I have no friend to share and locally there has no alternative medication offered.

Today is my 1st day of my own initiative of detox diet after reading some success story from P sufferers on the internet

For 3 days, I will only take watermelon and water.
Wish me luck!

Hi muti

A warm welcome to the forum.  Many ointments and creams dont work for my P either.  But following a bad attack last year, i am now on a maintenance dose of Acetretin, which has worked wonders for me.

Hello Muti
I dont know if you are able to find in Indonesia a cream which is used for baby diaper rash. That is what I use for Psoriasis; I have it all over my body. This cream is not medication, and though I have tried many medications over the years, I found that this cream works for me. It is composed of Zinc Oxide. They sell it in 40% tubes, and also 10% tubes. It is sold in supermarkets in the section where the baby diapers are. I wonder if you can try it. I hope it would help you a lot. It is not as expensive as regular medications are, so that also helps. I also recommend Muti that you discuss the source of your Psoriasis with your Internal Medicine Doctor. There is plenty of information out there that Psoriasis is most likely caused by stress. That can be a combination of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, feeling isolated, and so on. I was given a mild anxiety medication to deal with this, and I also recommend it to my friends suffering from Psoriasis. As long as you treat the result only, that is, the skin manifestation of the true source - it is difficult to control it. If the source of the problem is treated then there should be a better outcome.
My best wishes to you.

Hi Muti, Hi there

I'm sorry i'm late Sad

Detox certainly has helped some P sufferers, if only to help reduce the flare-ups.

I hope that it works well for you Crossed Fingers
