I read about this online and tried it on my bald spots which were caused by l alopecia areata.

It stings but after a few weeks, hair grew back!

Note: this is not supposed to work for male pattern baldness!

I used ordinary habanero sauce and just dabbed a bit on every evening.

Sorry to be a dim witted Brit - but are you dabbing chili sauce on your head?

Sounds like it, that's very interesting to say the least.
Can you tell us more?

I know you posted this a long time ago, but if you are still available, please let me know if this still works.  I have Alopecia Areata.  I have tried so many things.  I got tired of being on Prednisone so I am off it now and don't want to go back on it.  I am using Rogaine and Clobex. But I can't seem to stop the peachy colored patches from coming back.  Does the chili make the flare ups go away? Any advice is most appreciated.
