My mama had pancreatitis... it was hard to diagnose in her case, too. They found tons of stones in her gallbladder and so removed it. But it still took a year or so for her to get everything straight.
What finally helped her - just recently, in fact - was a nutritionist who told her to drink a mixture of hot water, apple cider vinegar and honey. I'm not sure how much of which (she changed it slightly anyway), but she says it really helped. Good luck.

I am so sorry to hear your problems with you gallbladder. When mine acted up it took the Drs. month's to find the problem. How they found it was to use a scope to go down to my gallbladder thru my mouth, yes I was out when they did this. The Dr. found tiny stones very tiny, but together they were causing the trouble. Also my gaulbladder was miss-shapen and I the Dr. said that it was a birth defect. While the Drs. were tiring to figure what was going on I ate jello, rice and poached chicken breast. That kept my pain down to nothing, almost. I was not lying on the floor crying like I was on my 1st attack. So good luck. Also have your OBGYN take a look at your uterus, I had what you would call gallbladder pains even after i had mine removed. I had the duct work looked at for my liver, and yes they start at your mouth and yes you are asleep for it. And that was fine. It took 5 Drs. and too many tests to count to find that my pain was caused by my uterus, I have a form of endometreoius. It is called attomyoises. it is where the lining grows in the muscle wall of the uterus instead of growing on the outside the uterus. A MRI told the Dr. all he needed to know. Good luck, mnm mom
