SkinCell Advertising Policy
Advertising
Please note that these web pages and especially the SkinCell Forum for Skin Disorders are not to be
treated as a free advertising message board for passing entrepreneurs.
This site is provided on a non-profit basis, is privately funded with no corporate sponsorship of any kind and is
therefore subject to strictly enforced rules regarding the posting of advertisements for commercial sites. Any
attempt to post an advertisement or a link to a commercial site will immediately be reviewed by the Moderators of
the forum and may be removed subject to further investigations and a decision by our democratically elected council
of members.
Commercial sites may fall into the category of either direct sales or sales by affiliation (click
through affiliated links upon which commission is paid for sales leads).
Corporate Links
Webmasters with corporate sites are welcome to apply for their site to be included in our Resource and Links Directory
providing the website matches our link criteria.
Abuse
In the event that any "suspected advertising member" is found guilty of purposely soliciting business and therefore
of abuse of their membership they will face an immediate suspension of facilities, a ban from the site, their messages
and membership will be deleted, the members of the forum informed of the transgression and their site blacklisted.
Spam
Spam, trawling and collecting of personal information will not be tolerated. SkinCell International Forum for Skin
Disorders operates a zero tolerance of Spam. Any attempt to solicit the genuine members of the forum will result
in the matter being passed immediately to the council.
Any website seen to be spamming any member either by Forum Instant Message or by E-mail may find their own details
automatically included in our Sin Bin at the discretion of the Administrator.
The Sin Bin has been specifically designed to attract email collecting spiders and robots, who in turn will then
be able to view and collect the email addresses of the known Spam senders and collectors themselves.
To avoid being included on the Sin Bin List, PLEASE DO NOT SPAM HERE.
